Restore Your Pelvic Floor and Return to a Vibrant Life!

Holistically overcome your pelvic health issues at home with world-class programs and support every step of the way.

"Dr. Bri's unique fusion of movement, positivity, and the mind-body connection sets her apart."

Kim Vopni, Vagina Coach

Dr. Bri’s Vibrant Pelvic Health is a holistic approach to pelvic floor healing. Using these four areas, you will target the root cause of the problem rather than simply applying a short-term bandage. The Vibrant Method was created by Dr. Brianne Grogan over 15 years of helping thousands of men and women restore their pelvic floors both in-clinic and via her online programs.

If you don’t know your body, how can you change it? Dr. Bri will help you foster a deeper understanding of your unique body including where your pelvic floor muscles are located, how to listen to your body and respond to its needs, and how to redirect pain and discomfort into progress.

Your body wants to move and needs to move, so let it! By incorporating scientifically designed movement routines with breathing and lifestyle tips, Dr. Bri’s programs will release tight muscles and gently rebuild muscle strength where it matters most.

What you eat influences your entire body especially your pelvic floor. The gut is intimately connected to pelvic health. An imbalanced diet can lead to digestive problems and/or inflammation, putting a stop to your healing efforts. Dr. Bri implements the practice of bioindividuality: learning how to eat what is right for YOUR body.

The real needle-mover is creating a mental shift. By shifting anxiety and negative thought patterns into an inner landscape of positivity, you are able to rewire neural networks that create chronic pain and symptoms. Meditations, journaling, and self-hypnosis are used to reprogram your subconscious out of this rut into vibrancy.

Doctor of Physical Therapy

You are so much more than your pelvic floor.

As unbelievable as this might seem, your pain is a gift! It is teaching you about your body. It’s helping you learn how to self-heal: guiding you to learn, grow, and do things differently. I have experienced the pain of prolapse and the struggle of pelvic pain, and I can tell you that my life is now BETTER because of it.

Since graduating as a Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2006 from Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon, I have worked with thousands of women and men through my programs to help them get their life back. But not the life they used to have — rather, a new, more vibrant life. I’ve written a book, been featured on podcasts, have nearly 20 million YouTube views ...But my real work is with you — the motivated and optimistic soul who wants to take ownership of your own body and return to the vibrant life you love. You can do it. I can help!

Love, Dr. Bri

Michael Hodge

Co-Founder of Vibrant Pelvic Health

I never planned on working in the area of pelvic health. In my 20s, I went through the most difficult experience of my life — severe pelvic floor dysfunction. I was sent from urologist to urologist, to expensive specialists, had MRIs, ultrasounds, natural doctors, and everything in-between. This pelvic health issue impacts many men, but they don’t know who to turn to. They can’t talk about it with their friends — they wouldn’t understand. With a firsthand understanding of this reality, Dr. Bri and I came together to create a program called Overcome Pelvic Pain For Men. We are honored to say that it is changing lives.

Since then, I’ve brought my experience in personal transformation, subconscious reprogramming, program architecture, and the mind-body connection to Vibrant Pelvic Health. I don’t just want you to recover, I want you to thrive and live the life of your dreams.

Love, Michael
