Core POWER! Quick Total Body Pilates Ball Workout

My latest YouTube video is a perfect fit. It's a total-body workout you can do in under 10 minutes.

(These exercises are intermediate-level and taught in a way that's pelvic floor aware, meaning specific cues are given for breathing and technique.)

⚠️ CAUTION:

This is an intermediate-level workout, suitable for individuals who have been exercising with me for some time, either through my Lift program or in my other YouTube videos. 

If you're just starting your journey with prolapse management or diastasis recti repair, or if you have significant pelvic pain, this workout may be too advanced for you at this time. It moves quickly, and it requires an understanding of how to activate your deep pelvic floor and core muscles, as well as how to manage pressure through effective breathing.
