Why Inner Thigh Strength Matters for Your Pelvic Floor
When we talk about pelvic floor health, most people think only about “Kegels.” But your hips and inner thighs play a huge role in how well your pelvic floor functions. These muscles form a supportive team, and when they’re balanced, your pelvic floor can finally do its job with ease.
Tight hips and adductors (inner thighs) limit blood flow, restrict natural movement, and create extra tension in the pelvic floor. On the flip side, strong and supple inner thighs help guide the pelvis into healthier alignment and support the deep stabilizing muscles around it.
This isn't about "bulking up" the adductor muscles... it's about **activating them** with flowing movements that keep them lean, long, supportive, and strong for pelvic health.
